Khang Nguyen

Khang is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta. He has 14 years of experience with all stages of engineering, designing, execution and implementation of instrumentation and control systems. Khang has written Control Systems Design Philosophy, Control Systems Design Criteria, Fire and Gas Philosophy and control systems Specifications (Process Control System, Fire and Gas, and Safety Instrumented system). Khang has engineered and designed DCS/PLC architecture and third party interface. He has also written control narratives, Instrumented Protection Function specifications and safety system narratives, Cause-and-Effects diagrams, SAMA diagram, sequential function diagrams (for compressor/BMS start-up/ shutdown), procured complete solution DCS/PLC/SIS hardware/software, designed I/O layouts, cross-wiring layouts and marshalling panels, programmed DCS/PLC/SIS (system programming, I/O allocations, I/O database, control modules/ logics/ ladder logics/ functional block schematic logics/ HMI graphic interface).
